As a child I was already hypnotized by screens and image. My work spans multiple fields - I studied theatre directing at the Toneelacademie in Maastricht and also never let go of a camera. Now I try to find synergy between different media, such as performance and projected image. In addition to my own work, I collaborate with other artists (for example in de Transmissie ︎︎︎) and do commisioned work.

What is the difference between a dream and a nightmare? A musical theatre performance about  growing up in a digital world.

with de Transmissie with Werkplaats Walhalla

A video project for Mathieu Wijdevens performance at Theater Rotterdam. In the performance he explores his Surinam roots and the history of his greatgrandfather, famous Surinam poet G. G. T. Rustwijk.

In the installation, he pushes around a larger-than-life model of Rustwijks head, provoking conversation with the citizens of Rotterdam.
